Creative Direction

Located in the north of Toronto, Arbo is a new neighbourhood being developed by the Canada Lands Corporation—a Crown corporation responsible for development of historical and signicant lands in Canada. Our team at One Twenty Three West worked to develop a unique public-facing identity for the neighbourhood and launch a digital experience that would act as an informational hub for the continued development of the neighbourhood.

While part of the experience centred around the experiential narrative of the woodlot and the neighbourhood’s relationship to nature, the other part acted as a source of truth for all information related to the development and progress of the project.
